By accessing, registering for, or using Smart Bio Notes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Smart Bio Notes.
Smart Bio Notes provides an interactive, digital active-recall study system, including flashcards, mnemonics, pathways, and quizzes designed primarily for NEET 2026 preparation across Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Parts of the Service are accessible for free, while comprehensive content access requires a premium subscription.
Premium access is granted via recurring billing subscriptions on either a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor (Razorpay) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.
Please read this section carefully before making any purchase. All sales are completely final.
Because the Service grants immediate and unfettered access to our proprietary digital educational content, flashcards, algorithms, and study materials, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated cancellations for any initial purchases or recurring subscription charges under any circumstances.
By executing a purchase or subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle if you wish to avoid future charges. Cancellations apply to the following billing cycle, and you will retain access for the remainder of the currently paid period.
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against account sharing. To protect our intellectual property, our platform actively monitors and enforces strict IP and device tracking limits.
If our systems detect that your account is being accessed from an unauthorized number of devices or disparate geographical locations simultaneously, your account may be instantly and permanently terminated without notice, and no refunds will be provided for the forfeited subscription time.
All content, including but not limited to textual notes, algorithms, flowcharts, graphical designs, mnemonics, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Bio Notes. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal study.
You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without explicit, written permission. Violations will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
