By accessing, registering for, or using Smart Bio Notes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Smart Bio Notes.
2. Description of the Service
Smart Bio Notes provides an interactive, digital active-recall study system, including flashcards, mnemonics, pathways, chapter-wise weightage analysis, and quizzes designed primarily for NEET 2027 preparation. Parts of the Service are free, while comprehensive content access requires a premium subscription.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
Access is granted via 1-Year or 2-Year subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor (Razorpay) to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
4. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Please read this section carefully. All sales are completely final.
Because the Service grants immediate access to proprietary digital educational content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated cancellations under any circumstances.
5. Account Security & Device Limits
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against account sharing. If our systems detect unauthorised multi-device access, your account may be immediately terminated without refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Bio Notes. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for personal study. You may not scrape, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
